RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and qualify leads: Proactively identify potential customers through research, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts. Conduct thorough lead qualification to ensure alignment with our target market.

  • Consultative selling: Understand the unique challenges and requirements of real estate professionals and position our solutions as the ideal tools to address their needs. Conduct product demonstrations, deliver persuasive presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our software.

  • Sales process management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, using our CRM system.

  • Relationship building: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influences in the real estate industry. Build trust and credibility through regular communication, follow-ups, and ongoing customer support.

  • Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the real estate sector. Leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities, position our software offerings effectively, and provide valuable insights to internal teams.

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral materials. Provide feedback from customers and market insights to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.

  • Sales targets and reporting: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis. Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and performance metrics to sales management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex software concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor software solutions accordingly.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, including familiarity with industry software solutions and workflows, is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software tools.

  • Availability for occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conferences.
